In the world that surrounds me, one often lives in restlessness and in my family, one does not always live with joy, and so life sometimes gives me a hard time.
Today, beside You, I want to find peace, I would like to quieten my heart because, often, I cannot pray, as my soul can’t rest in You.
I do not know what to say to you now, as my heart is filled with so many things… I wish to renew my inner self in your presence, here before your throne, before your Son, living and present in the Sacrarium. Full of hope, I have come to your Shrine, I would like to remain spiritually here forever and receive with open heart all that you have prepared for me.
Mother, on looking at your image, I find that you are looking back at me as if you had been waiting for me. I know that you wish to be my mother; Christ, your Son gave you such a great mission from the cross when he said to John: "Here is your Mother”. And You approve of me just the way I am; with the things that worry me and those that fill me with joy, with my desires and needs, with my talents and miseries and in your heart I find home, safety and peace.
There, I find shelter, Mother, write my name in your heart and do not erase it ever; from there, teach me the art of finding the Merciful love of the Father in all circumstances of my life. Teach me always to agree to God’s will.
Transform my little heart, give me strength through pain, patience and valor during life’s adversities and give me the grace that  encourages me to collaborate in the construction of the Kingdom of God in my surrounding.
